Attention All Athletes!

Don’t forget that we have Open Gym each Saturday from 1 pm until 3 pm.  Kids ages 6 - 22 are welcome. Members pay only $7.00 while non members are $10.00.  Come and work on your gymnastic skills, tumbling, jumps, or just have some plain fun while cruising around the gym on the equipment. There will be no coaching provided during open gym.

Bring your friends and have a blast while working out during Open Gym time!  Oh, and don’t forget that all non members must have a parent or guardian sign a Technique waiver form in order to participate. Technique waivers can be down loaded from our front page.

Open Gym Special - For the Month of February there will be two additional open gyms: Friday night - February 1st and 15th - from 6pm to 8pm.

Parents Night Out

Technique Gymnastics hosts Parents Night Out on the first and third Fridays of each month from 6 until 10 PM.  Parents can drop off their little ones ages five and over for a night of fun, gymnastics and games.  Pizza is included!  At only $20 per child and $15 for siblings, Parents Night Out is a terrific deal!  Call 635-7900 to sign up your children.  If you register the Wednesday before the PNO, you'll receive the 'Early Bird Special' and get $2 off each child.
