Technique

Technique Gymnastics, Tumbling and Studio T Dance are located in Rancho Cordova, California and serves the greater Sacramento area. At Technique kids gain skills and build confidence while enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and character development. We offer a variety of programs and believe they would be beneficial in keeping your child healthy and fit.  Our programs allow children just walking to adults until age 22 to participate in various activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, kid's fitness, parkour, and dance. Our new A²C Kids Club hosts extraordinary adventures & activities including: day camps, field trips, overnighters, Parents Night Out, & Open Gym. We also have competitive gymnastics and dance teams for those interested in competing.  

The 38,000 square foot Technique Gymnastics facility is one of the largest and best equipped gymnastics facilities in the West. The facility also has over 17,000 square feet of foam pits for added safety. Besides a huge training area and workout floor, we also have one of the best equipped retail shops. Choose from a large selection of merchandise with everything from leotards to grips.
