Technique Gymnastics, located in Rancho Cordova and the greater Sacramento area, is where happy children build athletic skills and confidence while enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and skill development. At Technique, we believe that our facility is for everyone. Our programs allow children from 18 months to 22 years to participate in various activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, kids fitness, competitive gymnastics teams and much more! The 38,000
square foot Technique Gymnastics facility is one
of the largest and best equipped gymnastics
facilities in the world. The facility has
over 17,000 square feet of foam pits.
Technique is fully air conditioned and heated for
year round comfort and holds a retail shop, a
huge training area and workout floor. |
