Workout		 Thursday   4:00pm - 8:30pm   at the meet site
 From 4:00 - 6:00 on Thurs evening 1st priority will be given to those who are competing Friday morning.  Lvl 10 Jr A, B & C's may bump to the front of the line.
Friday   8:30am - 11:30am   at the meet site (in the level 8 gym)

By appointment, Technique Gymnastics will be also available for competitors to work out throughout the week. Gymnasts must have a coach with them during training. Coaches will be required to sign in at the front desk and provide their USAG pro number. 

Hours of operation at Technique:
Monday, 4-13-09 through Friday, 4-17-09 from 11:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday, 4-18-09 from 9:30am to 3:00pm

Logistics: Technique is 14 miles (20 minute drive) from the meet site

 Coach Pro, Safety & Background MUST be current to be on the floor with your athletes.  Only attending coaches should be listed.  All coaches must wear their credential on the floor.  Coaches in CAPS are not current at USAG.  A 'P' after the last name (pending) indicates that USAG has not cleared the background check.   (Down to just 12 now.)  Email or fax any corrections.
