At Technique, we believe that gymnastics is for everyone. Our programs allow people of all ages and abilities to participate in the sport. Currently our members range from 18 months to 22 years old.</FONT></P> <P><FONT FACE="Comic Sans MS">The 40,000 square foot Technique Gymnastics facility is one of the largest and best equipped gymnastics facilities in California.  The facility has over 17,000 square feet of pits and holds equipment from the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
