Our
vast gym size makes our program unique from any other in Northern
California. We have an entire area dedicated specifically to
the class program. Gymnasts can test their skills on
nine sets
of bars, eight balance beams, a trampoline, the floor area, and
vault. In addition, the class program has access to a tumble
track as well as a number of resi-pits (those are the pits with
the trampoline built in!)
 Classes are divided by
ability and gymnasts track their progress on sticker posters.
When a gymnast's poster is filled with stickers, it is time to
move up to the next level. Certificates and ribbons are awarded
each time a gymnast achieves a new level. In addition, the class
program offers many optional events where the athletes can show
off their skills.
Each winter, Technique conducts
a Holiday Extravaganza where routines on each event are performed in front
of family and friends. In the spring and summer, we offer a series of
fun-filled gymnastics events where children can perform a
routine to music out on the Olympic floor.
Gymnastics promotes healthy habits
for a lifetime and helps build a person's self-esteem. You have
to see the ear to ear grin of a child who has learned to do a
cartwheel and you will really understand! Come join the fun!
