Technique's compulsory and optional teams are coached by eight highly trained and experienced coaches. Team athletes practice from 9 to 27 hours per week and a gymnast's training schedule is determined by the level of the athlete. The compulsory competitive season begins every year in August and the optional gymnasts a begin their competitions in December. New to the area? We welcome all gymnasts to come and tryout our team. Technique is home to one of the
largest competitive teams in California. Technique has 60 compulsory
gymnasts from Level 4 to Level 6 and 40 optional gymnasts from
Level 7 to Elite. The parents of all our competitive level gymnasts
are active members of the very successful parents club, Gymnastics
and Acro of Fair Oaks (GAFO).
