Technique's compulsory and optional teams are coached by eight highly trained and experienced coaches. Team athletes practice from 9 to 27 hours per week and a gymnast's training schedule is determined by the level of the athlete. The compulsory competitive season begins every year in August and the optional gymnasts a begin their competitions in December.

Technique is home to one of the
largest competitive teams in Califomia. Technique has 60 compulsory
gymnasts from Level 4 to Level 6 and 40 optional gymnasts from
Level 7 to Elite. The parents of all our competitive level gymnasts
are active members of the very successful parents club, Gymnastics
and Acro of Fair Oaks (GAFO).
