Teams at Technique Technique offers both competitive gymnastics and dance teams. Boys and girls of all ages are welcome on our teams, but a tryout is required. The gymnastics teams are financially supported by our parent run organization, GAFO (Gymnastics and Acro of Fair Oaks).
