A Gym Built for Your Athlete
Technique Gymnastics is a family-owned youth gymnastics and activity center in Rancho Cordova, California that has served Sacramento-area families for more than 30 years. We offer artistic and acrobatic gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline and ninja for children from crawling all the way to age 18 — one of the widest age ranges you will find anywhere in the region.
Housed in a 38,000 square foot facility — one of the largest in Northern California — we have the space and equipment to give every program a real home: full artistic apparatus, Olympic trampolines, a foam pit, a tumbling strip and a dedicated ninja gym. That means smaller groups, more turns, and room for athletes to move.
We are proud to be home to some of the largest competitive teams in California and to host USA Gymnastics sanctioned meets throughout the year — but our heart is in the everyday: a nervous four-year-old landing a first jump, a rec athlete finally sticking a cartwheel, a family that feels like part of the gym. We meet every child where they are and cheer them on from there.

Safety first
Our coaches are first aid and CPR trained and skilled in age-appropriate progressions and spotting, and our equipment is built for learning at every level. Children try new things in a clean, supervised, encouraging environment.
Every athlete, every level
From wobbly first cartwheels to competition-ready routines, classes are grouped by ability so everyone is both challenged and supported. It is about effort, fun and trying again — never winning at all costs.
Rec to competitive
Start with a weekly rec class and grow as far as you want to go — into our tumbling, trampoline and ninja programs, or onto some of California’s largest competitive teams across artistic and acro.
