Tumbling

From cartwheels to handsprings to fulls.

Tumbling classes focus on the floor skills that power gymnastics, cheer and dance — rolls, cartwheels, handsprings and beyond. Athletes build strength, flexibility and air awareness while progressing at their own pace, with coaches spotting every step of the way.

We teach on a full-length spring floor and a competition tumble track, so every athlete gets the surface and the reps they need to land each skill safely. Classes are divided by ability, and gymnasts move up as soon as they’re ready. Minimum enrollment age is 6 years old.

Class levels

1

Level 1

55 min · Ages 6+

The starting point for every tumbler. Athletes build the foundations — forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs and handstands — while developing the strength and body awareness that make harder skills possible.

2

Level 2

55 min · Ages 6+

Once the basics are consistent, Level 2 introduces the back handspring and front handspring, bridges and back-bend kickovers, and round-off back handspring connections on the tumble track.

3

Level 3

55 min · Ages 6+

For confident tumblers ready to fly. Athletes work standing and running back handspring series, back tucks and layouts, and begin twisting skills like the full — all with progressions into the foam pit.
