TECHNIQUE POLICIES

  • Enrollment

    • Ongoing, you may enroll at any time


    • You may make changes to the day/time/program anytime through the Hospitality Team


    • You are financially responsible until you formally unenroll regardless of attendance (see unenrollment below)


    Risk Free First Attendance - first class is 100% free should you feel the program is not a good fit


    20% Sibling & Multi-Class discount: when more than one immediate family member is enrolled or a child enrolls in multiple programs


    Annual membership is $45 per student

  • Make-ups

    • There are no refunds/credits for missed attendance or mid-month unenrollments.


    • Make-ups apply to students in our Recreational and Kinder programs.


    • Each enrolled student can earn one makeup token per month for each class they are enrolled in, provided the absence is reported at least 24 hours in advance through your Parent Portal.


    • Students making up a class can only take the spot of another student who was absent. 


    Makeup tokens expire after 30 days and are forfeited upon dis-enrollment.


    • Makeups are valid in the same program/level as your missed class.


    • If you miss your makeup class, your token cannot be regenerated.


    Makeups are not guaranteed and depend on availability.


    Refunds ARE NOT available for missed classes, even if make-up options don't work with your schedule.


  • Tuition

    Tuition is due on the 1st of every month


    • Autopay is required, which runs on the 1st of every month


    $20 late fee per student is charged after the 3rd of the month


    If payments are not up-to-date by the 7th of each month, children will be automatically disenrolled.


    Tuition is due regardless of attendance until you formally unenroll


    • Tuition is budgeted on 4 weeks per month. Some months you will have 5 weeks


    • The 5th one compensates short months due to instructional breaks and Holidays

  • Unenrollment

     Submit your unenrollment at least 7 days before the end of the month for it to be effective the following month


    • Unenrollment request must be completed via Customer Portal OR submitted by email to info@TechniqueGym.com with your name, child’s name, program enrolled in & desired last attendance date


    • We are unable to backdate prior to the date the Unenrollment Request was received


    • No refunds or credits for past missed attendance or mid-month unenrollments.



  • Referrals

    • Receive a $25 credit on your account each time you refer a friend to Technique and they register/pay! 


    • Make sure your friend notifies a member of our Hospitality Team.

  • Teams

    • Teams are invitiation only, but if you'd like to inquire about teams please email info@techniquegym.com
